I wish I got the JPN version of the cd. Back then online stores wasn't that popular, and I needed to ask my dad to buy it for me. He didn't buy Duty until 3 months later, and that store owner convinced him to buy HK version because it was cheaper, and he added, "besides, unless your son has a really good stereo, he can't hear the difference anywayz." Now I regret so much. To me, Duty is technically her best studio album to date. It's almost flawless...
Oh, and I remember the leopard woman image surfaced on the web in June I think (3 months before the release), and no one believed it would be the album cover (or concept).. Eventually it became true and most people were like, "why leopard??? so weird..."
That really was the time when ayu loved giving us surprising images...
