I think it is awesome that she's showing it freely, given the cultural stigma that still exists in Japan reguarding tatoos. I have a tatoo, and I love it. It's not ink for the sake of ink either, it's a very personal thing to me. I hope that the younger generations see this powerful, independent woman freely showing body art and help change its percpetion.
Or she could secretly be the head of a huge Yakuza ring called Team Ayu.
Either way, it's awesome.
