ayaka's voice is absolutely stunning.... especially at her First Message tour
I love KOKIA's voice
and Chihiro Onitsuka's (though I don't listen to her as much anymore)
KOTOKO's voice is always really really good live, so I'm gonna say her as well
and Arika Takarano from ALI PROJECT has a really strong live voice.
