j/k, anyways, I do think it'll be influential. KaZaA just ISN'T illegal, so not anywhere on the world it can be judged as so.
On the bad side tho, this will mean that copyright companies as the RIAA and such will go after individual users instead of sueing companies such as KaZaA, eMule, and DC++.
