I think Luv referred to the first week sales of YUI if I'm not mistaken.

We do love quoting you LOL

Regarding kuu's single sales... I have a feeling that people started getting sick of her rushed release exactly at the point when she released Cherry Girl/Unmei. Her three previous singles (Koi no tsubomi, 4 hot wave, Yume no uta) had very good first week sales. All of the sudden Cherry Girl only had around 70K sold on the first week. Since then all of her singles (except FREAKY) were sold under 100K on the first week. I think... if she didn't release Cherry Girl as a single, probly she could have a better single sales life. (of course, this year's is another story).
This is exactly like ayu's singles sales pattern in 2001. evolution >500K, NEVER EVER missed 500K, Endless sorrow sold lesser, then UNITE! even less... Then Dearest could not sell over 300K on the first week (even tho its overall sales was better than Endless and UNITE!).
