I think it's quite pointless to call Warner because they probably have no info about this & I really doubt that they will import the OS press over from Taiwan .
Oh I should mention that the CD+DVD/OS press wouldn't be out til next Tue according to avex taiwan's website
so you probably want to save your time & effort in not doing both of them at all
