Perfume just got Huge this year although they started singing a while ago doing little gigs here and there. The article pretty much explains the whole success of their Techno Pop Album being the first number 1 in however many years and all of their singles have done great this year. Number 1 and the such.
Perfume be big business. 
Also, kudos to Utada and Perfume for their Honorable mentions.
