You are referring to Aishou. You have good eyes. That was like THE kimono song of hers. It was VERY traditional too; she looked absolutely gorgeous. I'd have anyone saying she looks bad in kimono watch that PV and say she still looks bad xD. It does contain quite a lot of sexual innuendos but please pay no attention to it and don't think too badly of her ^^. You'll see that these two are kimono-wearing queens!
P.S. That "aura" you are referring to...is it of the sexy kind for Kuu in Aishou
