You can check out
this site for a list of some Seasons mixes, but I believe you're referring to the "Johnathan Peter's" mix of Seasons.
As for putting a pic in your sig, you need to upload it to an image host (i.e. Sigup.com), and once you have the URL for it, just add [img) yoursite.com/pic.jpg (/img] to your sig (without the spaces, and using brackets) and it should hopefully work.
