the 2nd CD + DVD was outta print after an apparent 20 mins after CDJapan listed it for preorder
CDJapan restocked the 1st CD + DVD but it's outta print already :S
I wait for the local HMV to import the CD only here since I will get it due to the bonus track cos the other 2 editions don't have it
