Yes, it's full of noise but it's catchy. I honestly don't feel the Jay-Z vibe in this one. It's more of a Lil Wayne vibe. I really liked the video although I wish shed get rid of the black and white video theme now. I think this is gonna be another top 10 hitter for B or at least I hope so.
Also, I liked B'day but I Am... Sasha Fierce is soooooo much better. B'day has too many hit and miss tracks for me while, IMO, IASF has only one which is If I Were A Boy.
