like how long she does cardio for..etc..
I doubt there's any information on that. Though I'd say at least 30 minutes to a hour, at least 3-4 times a week. Nor less (or else the potential for exercise benefits really drops) or no more (it really depends on what kind of training she's doing, higher intensity demands more rest afterwards and lesser time, for example, because they're very exhaustive workout). It also depends on what type of cardio activity she does, since there's clearly a difference whether you just walk, jog or run on a treadmill, how much time you do each, and how you shuffle between them and rest during the training, and whether she monitors her heart pace in order to fall into any of the adult training zones.

Like for example, if the person aims for maximum optimal calorie burning (fat burning) they might have to resort to this type of training:

If the intention is to better their cardiorespiratory resistance the training will be slightly different and if the intention is to train the heart and muscles for a quick but extremely intense exercise like running pretty fast for a 100m sprint race, it will also differ. I believe ayu might do it mostly to better her breathing and blood pump resistance, since she sings and dances and tours so much, so I'd assume she often train around 70% up to 80% but no more than 85% (unless for shorter periods) of her max heart rate zones.
