I was just looking at the "best ballads from each album" thread and noticed how some people didn't order the albums chronologically (and there's absolutely nothing wrong with that), and it reminded me of how I had NO idea what order Ayu's albums came out when I was a newbie. I ALWAYS screwed Duty and LOVEppears up and for some reason thought that LOVEppears was her first album.
I was a stupid newbie.
I had no idea when any of the albums had come out. I remember looking at the I am... album in the anime store and thinking, "WOW!! This album just came out!! How on top of things I am!!" -- this was around the time of the MY STORY release, mind you. XD Worse, that I had been a fan of hers since RAINBOW released, so that just goes to show you how long it took me to figure out all her albums.
I also distinctly remember looking at pictures of other Jpop artists and thinking she was them.
