I'd think so. Although there are a lot of Asian tourists here, there is a substantial amount of local people who like Japanese music. I'm sure anyone who listens to Japanese music here has at least heard of her.
Plus, what's not to miss when you're not even five feet with huge people with you? Not to mention her style is something only she would wear.
