If that's the case, then they really shouldn't be giving figures to Oricon. They ARE the figures to oricon.

Who knows, I guess the only answer could be if you ask Yesasia directly. All I got from a little bit of digging is that Oricon only counts end-consumer sales from Japanese stores and online sites that are based in Japan like CDJapan/HMV/Tower/Amazon/Neowing
