1) because its a super cute design, with the heart, wing and the A symbol.
2) because there is like 1.3 gigabytes of space to use it as you wish.
3) because you can use it as a pendant
4) and because it's a collectible
But somehow, i think you are right. THe 2cds+dvd have more content than the usb... glad i already preodered that version
