Right, that's why I'm impressed by Arashi's sales right now. It almost never happens for any artist that you hit your height of popularity after you've been around for 10 yrs. Usually your golden era would happen in the first 3-4 years. And if you are a Johnny's artist, make that your first year - with SMAP and Arashi being the ultra big exceptions.

Yeah, as I've said, all things considered these sales are pretty good. We just kinda got off onto a side topic as well.

Johnny's have had a significant sales decrease as well. The last Johnny's single to sell over a million copies was 2005 (or was it 2006? Either Dec. 05 or Jan. 06) Kattun Real Face. If this were still pre-2006, they'd be churning out a couple million sellers a year or at least would come close. I'm sure that One Love and Truth both would have made the million mark.
