i dunno if anyone has mentioned it, but "Load of the SHUGYO" is quite an interesting title.
i looked it up, and SHUGYO is the Japanese pronunciation of a word which means
deep mind-body training. so, "Load of the deep mind-body training".
why is Ayu hinting at a big change recently? is she experimenting more or is it just because it's been 10 years and the years to come are the NEXT LEVEL in her career?
