Go to
https://ssl.avexnet.or.jp/ask/avexnetjp/rec.php and click that button.
On the next page: in the first box put your e-mail address. In the second box put what you want to say in it. The other boxes aren't important. Then click the button on the bottom and it should take you to a screen that says in Japanese, "Thanks for the inquiry. It'll take us 2-3 days to get back to you; but if you don't hear but from us, there may have been an error in the e-mail address. Send another inquiry in that case."
I *think* that's the right place to send stuff to. I couldn't find any place better.
