well, I wouldn't mind actually, she looks adorable & lovely
maybe they're talking about it in glamour? guess if she did cut it, it would be mentioned somewhere there...
I don't really like the new cover :/ she looks a bit weird... however, the idea is nice & I hope the inside will be better ^^
