Well Radio doesn't seem to be such an important factor in Japan nowdays. One of the examples would be the week when Days/GREEN was released, the single was barely played on the radios, while MISIA's and another few received loads of radio airplay but ended up selling less than Days (they didn't even cross 100k in total) and weren't even on Recochoku weekly top 10, while Days was. Come back to me is doing well digitally so that could help a bit, but I think they need to let people hear the other songs from the album

or at least let her perform live, but sadly the MS Special set list has already been announced so I am guessing they don't intend to promote it in Japan that much.
