I actually think it's about her relationship with Nagase. That's maybe why she's counting to 7 and one of the interludes is called "Pieces of SEVEN". She's counting the years of their relation and than adds "0" for the break-up or perhaps more precisely for the fact that they aren't together anymore.
But as someone already said, only ayu knows the real meaning. ^^
