I really like these lyrics, they're simple yet have a great message for accepting yourself ^_^
I have a few suggestions for the English lyrics though

Is this what you often imagine in childhood
I'm not sure if this has the same feeling as the Japanese lyrics, but in English this would be adequate to say "If this is my adulthood, is it what I imagined adulthood would be like when I was a child?"
It must be a very difficult process to translate all of these feelings into English, but especially with the second quote I picked, it doesn't read very naturally in English
I get the feeling of her meaning but it's difficult to put into words!
