The theme of Sister Jill was for the Cutie Honey Live Action adapation

Lady Go! is umm, well maybe she wanted to do something? Umm there was probably a point to it, but she wanted to make another B-side for MOON, and what better way to end it with an up-beat song. Seeing as how she did that with 4 hot wave and FREAKY.
