Man, a composer IS a musician.
those guys wouldn't be able to compose anything if they didn't have a previous music education. Ayu, of course is an exception, but i think she was able to compose music since she is heavily involved in the whole making of her albums. In this new album, she is not credited for the music, but it's quite obvious from her pics in TA that she was -with composers as well- really focused on how the music should evolve along with the lyrics.
So yes, a composer IS musician
