Book Off is like a used book store isnt it ? ~i went to the Hawaii location and usually their items aren't really new~ just more like, used once and then sold for a much much cheaper price or something? i dont know that much about it~ X_X!~ but from the condition of the manga that i bought from there, i definitely know that they werent new ~
But yeah, if you can find that store near your location, GO INSIDE~ Lol
It's a good store to look for rare stuff~
