Apparently she wanted to release Love Game but it was scrapped because the video was too inappropriate. XD After a lot of meetings GaGa just said if she couldn't release Love Game she might as well follow the usual diva trend (Being that they release two upbeat tracks, and then a ballad.)
So Paparazzi (Nearest thing to a ballad she has) was decided on. <3
