Yes, their work schedules are insane but at the same time I don't think people in Japan view them as being as hard as people outside Japan do simply because all Japanese working people work way too much.
There are times when I think some of the group members do look too tired. But it all comes down to personality of each person - the Arashi members for example even though they probably have the most full schedule of all Johnny's members seem to be very healthy and happy; like they've found the perfect way to balance it all or something.
