I love both very much.
But I prefer Girls' Generation because they are more talented vocal-wise.

I don't want to sound biased, but I don't think Taeyeon is a horrible person. I don't think it was the smartest move for her to rant on her radio show about doctors and nurses, but she has the right to. It just seems wrong that none of the doctors were available when she was about to faint, but they had the time to post their replies about her ranting in the radio show's forum. Anyway. I'm sure they both had their reasons. Kangin from Super Junior ranted as well with Taeyeon, but he didn't get criticized for it. Not that I want him to be criticized, but it's wrong to just blame Taeyeon.
As for the Alicia Keys comment, I didn't think it was racist. It's just the netizens overreacting. There's so many people that say things like "She's really beautiful for an White/Asian/Black/..." and things like that. They aren't racists. They just think that most White/Asian/Black... aren't that good-looking. I'm Asian, and my sister has a really close friend that said something like that to her: "You know, for an Asian, you're so beautiful!". It doesn't mean that she's racist. She just doesn't find that there's many beautiful Asian women out there.
