I hope masami keeps the Read Perm at 20 at the max in his/her download threads. I also noticed there are other Read Perms under people's profile page: 50 , 90.
I hope nobody will put 50 or 90 as the requirement to access a thread.
I need to check my profile to view what mine is, hmm...
