In May 2009, nude photographs allegedly featuring Rihanna were leaked to the internet. Island Def Jam sent a letter to the website hosting the pictures demanding that they be taken down. It is not clear that Rihanna is the person featured in the nude photographs, although the artist is visible in accompanying clothed pictures.
