Depends on which album/single you're talking about. Not all album includes posters, not even in Japan.

Posters were given out for the recent ones, Secret and A BEST 2 because Japan has them. Posters for GUILTY in Singapore were given out because Warner didn't get the permission from avex to print the photobook so they printed the double sided poster to compensate.
