I'm not really surprised that Japanese people are concern about the flu... I see they use the masks when they get a little sick...
Here in Mexico, the Hn1 something virus gave big trouble... Even though almost no one from where I lived was sick of that, (more than 2 weeks of vacations! yet they have already said the school will end 1 or 2 weeks later
... ), people were freaking out and wearing those masks.
Last week, when we entered school, they also made us watch our hands and that sort of things, yet I guess it's good to take precautions.
