^ Well, they have their own software that you have to use to create and edit playlists as well as edit videos to the right format to put them on there. Also, you have to create individual folders on the player using Windows Explorer, transfer the music into these folders and THEN create playlists, whereas with iTunes, you just put on there whatever you want when you have a playlist for it or whatnot. It eliminates steps and is just more organized and faster.
