yes,avex TAIWAN did said will find a solution but did not mention anything else except will update us soon.i saw it from avex taiwan site.they said THEY WILL FIND A WAY and not confirm it yet although the chance of making the subtitles to be turned off is high.but still,avex haven't update it yet.

Yes,it does matter to me.at least i know that the news is from their company.which means its more trustable than those rumours no?
