BEST ~BOUNCE & LOVERS~ is considered a real best because it's the best of her ballads and the best of her dance PVs, which is considered a theme, and not some random compilation of ballads and dance tracks. If it is, then it would have 2CDs and 2DVDs or something. Besides, it is kinda impossible to have a theme and include album tracks only.
