Well, I think that's the point for most people.
Probably Lady Gaga never wears one of this styles again, I'm sure she just wears them because she was in Japan. Lolita and Manba are typical japanese and there is a lot of background why it developed as it has...
I just wanna explain why I think people call her culturally insensitive.
It's kind of respecting a foreign culture not to wear any style you see because it looks nice.
