And I never heard about this drug business with Avex...
Anyways, to me, Tsuyoshi's crime was 100% worse, since he has a duty to the public to be Kusanagi Tsuyoshi 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and it was a disgrace not only to him, but to his company, and to Japan. He knew he had a duty and responsibility, and he did not follow through with it, and was very disruptive to the community around the park. I would not want my daughter or son to see someone they look up to in the park doing those stupid things, and become discouraged. Avex hosted an event, and Shibuya 109 and the Avex Management failed to estimate just how many people would be there. Big crime....
In Japan, there is no "strictly law enforcement" persepective, sorry to say about that.
It is always powered through other motives..
In this instance, it feels like "look, even if she is so powerful, we are more powerful."
Everyone I am talking to says that they are making fools of themselves, the police.
And yes, Tsuyoshi DID get away with it. He has new dramas and back on his programs already, and feels like no penalty was issued, and no drawback from the public. However, look at Koda Kumi, who was not even allowed to have the activity for three months for just SAYING something.
Yeah, I completely disagree with the statements.. but it doesn't matter about it now.. haha.
All that matters is that this goes away quickly.. haha
