And for those who still don't get it, you MUST ask for a permit for such things in Japan, you can't invest the streets like this. It's silly and dumb ? Yes but that's their laws, different country, different laws, different culture, etc .... what may look dumb for you doesn't for them and vice versa. You surely forgot the cases of idols or pop singer underage caught while smoking and then all the trouble they got. It may sound silly for you but for them it's no way !
But still .... Avex like to be in trouble or what ?! It doesn't give a good publicity to Ayumi. It will just throw an image of her that doesn't respect laws ......
