Considering that when she wrote this, she didn't expect to be around for long time, having a 40th IS very special... And in the end, IMO, those lines of A Song for XX are stronger than the chorus

Again, another celebration concert... To me she is just saying "time to kill the old ayu to create the new one that will be around for the next 10 years". To me, Guilty is the album she used to say "Ok, this circle of my life and career ends here...", and those lines from t2m are used to say the same thing on the concert, that she needs to finish that decade of singing in order to start the new one.
