I don't own it, but I'm pretty sure it comes in a double jewel case, a fat one.
In my experience, Avex never puts two (or three, lol) discs in a thin jewel case. Not even when it comes to singles.
I don't think 3 discs would even fit a thin case.
But I might be wrong since I only bought from Ayu :p
