Well, since Ayu refers to a lover in the lyrics of the song, I doubt it. She was probably just basing the song off of how she would like to live her life with someone else, carefree and soaring~ For me,
BLUE BIRD is a bit too optimistic/upbeat to be a label-rebelling song, lol.
