Are you sure you are looking at the right stuff?
firstly, there wasn't any restocks at all, they are always listed.
and there is a price down, i remember the PCDL hello kitty x ayupan pouch costs around SGD$66, but now it's only SGD$38. I'm 100% sure coz i was just staring at the listing like 2 to 3 weeks ago(coz i'm broke, but i really like it!)
