^She has all the say imo this is the Ayumi Hamasaki we're talking about. I mean this is a woman who has a double to make sure eveything looks as it should. If anyone made decisions for her that she didn't want, she'd drop their ass faster than anything. Now, its not necissarily her fault that her pVs/covers aren't the best (I actually don't have a problem with her PVs and really her covers either, just didn't like Sunset) but still...
And she definitely has a part in directing her PVS. If you watch the making of Rule, you can see her instructing the actors being filmed when shes not on screen. And like I said, she has a double for everything.
