I'm not going to read through every comment but I certainly hope no one thought that this was built for the PV...
That structure is obviously concrete and metal. All of that, including zoning and other building issues, would be a mega massive multi-million dollar project lol.

PV was lame. Didn't even show her fans. Zoomed in more on her MC Hammer crew. Awful dancers (although I've seen Maro dance in a video without Ayumi influence and was really good...). She looked plastic.
Works perfect with the cover.
