The fragments of the PV are quite the same as in similar video (A History) from Love Appears (?) from this forum, but this can only be coincidence.

I'm sure this video had credits which had been erased when the person from youtube added Sunrise and Sunset.

Still, you can download this from youtube with eg YouTube Video Downloader 1.2.0 if you want. I guess there's also an option to extract the music from the file.
