I read about that on her site, it was the Dream Summer live in Chikyuu machi.

It sucks for all who were anticipating it. There's no way she'll promote the Best album with lives now though, although there was nothing in the schedule to give us the understanding that she would anyways.

It would help sales, but she just can't ( ).
