Songs which were used in previous dramas which sold massively & did extremely well , be it chart wise or sales wise , like Utada Hikaru's Flavor Of Life (god can't listen to the ballad version now anymore because Hana Yori Dango 2 will keep on replaying in my head  ) , Shuuji to Akira's Seishun Amigo , Fukuyama Masaharu's Keshin , ARASHI's truth & Beautiful days
they all have something which probably stuck a chord in the audience when they tuned into
guess the drama audience are not buying Sunrise that much which's unfortunate

hikki aside, those singles would have sold immensely well with or without a drama tie-in.
