did you get your ears checked? you usually do NOT notice hearing loss yourself because it just happens pretty slowly, I thought my ears were good as well, but the hearing technician testing me was pretty shocked(and I was as well when I saw the results, my hearing of low notes is around 10-20 % worse than hights, that should NOT be)
