easily to the no.1 spot of the global album chart, far away from the competition. Next week the album moves another 250.000-300.000 copies and breaks the million mark. In one or two years Asia will grow up to biggest market in the world. It means, that more and more albums from there reach the global chart. This week for a example Kwon Ji-Yong aka G-Dragon, a 21 year-old singer and songwriter from South Korea, debuted at no.15 on the global chart with 'Heartbreaker'. The album sold 54.000 copies. G-Dragon is also the leader of the korean hip-hop band BigBang, which debuted with their self-titled album at no.3 in Japan this week and at no.33 on the global tally. Reba McEntire, country-diva from Oklahoma, breaks the top five with her new effort 'Keep On Loving You' and sales of 100.000 copies in the USA and Canda. Also new on the tally are, Third Eye Blind's 'Ursa Major' at no.19 (50.000), Sean Paul's 'Imperial Blaze' at no.23 (43.000), Calvin Harris' 'Ready For The Weekend' at no.27 (39.000), Tinchy Stryder's 'Catch 22' at no.32 (29.000) and Ledisi's 'Turn Me Loose' at no.35 (27.000). Back to the top spots, Michael Jackson's 'Thriller' holds no.2 for another week (down 16% to 122.000 copies) and his 'Number Ones' slides at no.4 (down 17% to 107.000). Sandwiched between is Black Eyed Peas' 'The E.N.D.', which breaks the two-million mark this week and climbs at no.3 on the weekly list (down 2% to 120.000).
